Community Land Trusts are a popular way for groups of people to develop co-housing projects.<\/p>\n

Calon Cymru Network, a client of ours, is hosting a workshop this Sunday on this topic, led by Ian Crawley of the Community Land Trust Network<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This option is for anyone interested in making new affordable homes happen, for rent or purchase\u00a0and in helping to create employment opportunities for growers, farmers, craftspeople and health practitioners.<\/p>\n

Attendees will find out what a community land trust is and how it can assist in this process, looking at examples elsewhere and the opportunities for land acquisition.<\/span><\/p>\n
